Below you will find my general policies and answers to questions you might have about my shop, return policies, and shipping. When you place an order with Heronwood Designs you have agreed that you have read and agreed to the following information.

ABOUT THE ITEMS:
All items are handmade by me in my workshop. I strive to use the highest quality materials with sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind. Please see each individual listing for complete details.
SOLD OUT:
Once an item is sold out, it may not return to the shop due to unavailability of materials or other reasons. Most items are one-of-a-kind. If you are interested in an item that is sold-out, please let us know! We would love to hear your interest.
SIZING:
Most items are non-clothing and do not have a size. However, occasionally we may offer vintage, handmade or other clothing/accessories. Since the nature of the shop can vary, please read each listing carefully for full details. We will do our best to measure and describe each item as accurately as possible.
SHIPPING:
All orders are either shipped in a flat-rate priority box via United States Postal Service (USPS) or in recycled boxes/envelopes as necessary. Items typically ship within 1-3 business days of order unless otherwise stated in the item description. At this time we are unable to expedite orders. International shipping is available.
Local residents: If you are in the Somerset, Ohio area and are willing to pick up your items, please let me know before you make your purchase and I will give you a one time use discount code so you don't have to pay for shipping. If you choose to go this route, I will not ship the items, you are responsible for meeting up to attain your purchase.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Shipping is not included in the price of the item, however, we do not charge extra for additional items. We do not charge tax on shipping.
TAX:
Perilune Moons is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in every state; purchases are not exempt from any state’s sales or use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means; and most states require that a purchaser who is a resident of their state file a sales or use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed, and pay tax on those purchases. Since our company is located in Ohio, we will only collect tax on orders placed in Ohio. We do not charge tax on shipping.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. In order to return or exchange an item, please contact us via e-mail or the contact tab of our website ASAP. You must include: the original sales receipt with order number, name, and item you wish to return/exchange and the reason for returning or exchanging. We will get back to you within 72 business hours with a resolution. We are not responsible for items damaged through shipping, however all shipments will have paid insurance through USPS.
MESSAGES:
I prefer to be contacted via e-mail ([email protected] for jewelry inquiries OR [email protected] for body care and metaphysical supply inquiries) or the contact tab of my website. Occasionally I will accept messages through Instagram or Facebook. Please keep in mind that I am one person maintaining everything, including product creation/development, website, creative aspects, all correspondence, marketing, packaging and shipping. I may not be able to respond to your message immediately.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your privacy is important. The only information we collect are your name, shipping address and phone number for shipping purposes and occasionally email. We will never share this information with anyone else. Billing information is collected and processed through Paypal or Stripe depending on your preferred payment method. For more details on their privacy, please review their individual privacy policies. If you sign up for our digital newsletter, we do not share your email or any other information with third-parties.
