A non-refundable deposit for designing the perfect jewelry piece.

***Purchase this only if you have an interest in having me design a custom jewelry piece for you, AND you have contacted me first. If you purchase this listing, you acknowledge that you have fully read this listing description and agree to these terms.

How the process works:
1. Contact me to discuss what you are looking for (The best way to reach me is through the contact tab on this site or to email me at [email protected]).
2. If I agree to design a piece based on your budget and expectations, I will direct you to submit a non-refundable deposit through this listing.
3. Once the non-refundable deposit is received, I will work on creating a hand-drawn jewelry design.
4. I will send you the design image, and you can request any changes until you are happy with the design.
5. Once the final design is approved, I will direct you to a custom listing here on my site for the remaining balance. (For those requesting a payment plan, I will set up separate listings based on an agreed plan.)
6. Once the final payment is made, I will get to work on creating your custom jewelry piece.
7. Once the piece is finished, I will ship via USPS with tracking. I will also request that the item be signed for upon delivery to ensure you receive the item.

Other things you should know:
*The turn-around time for creating custom jewelry will vary and depends on the current orders I'm working on, the availability of supplies to create the custom piece, and the season. Please know that I will only agree to make a jewelry item if I know I can do so within your timeframe (if required) and will do my best to communicate times upfront when designing the piece.

*This non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the final payment. It exists to reserve your place in my schedule and to pay for my time in designing you a piece of jewelry.

*Final price for all jewelry is contingent on: size and type of jewelry requested, materials used, such as metals and gemstones, and complexity of design. Part of the design process includes asking what your budget is, and I will do my best to design something within that budget. Please note that I do not currently work with gold metals. I exclusively work with sterling silver, copper, and brass.

*When requesting a custom jewelry piece, please include in your message/email:
1. What is your budget?
2. Do you wish to make payments or pay in full?
3. Is there a due date to have the item completed? (optional)
4. All details about the design you are requesting. Any images included are appreciated.
5. Will this be a gift?

*Make sure to click local pick up to ensure you don't pay any shipping if you live outside of the U.S.A. when purchasing the deposit. As always, I offer free shipping within the U.S.A.
